No goods can be returned without prior authorization by Service Rentals and Sales.
A RGA (Return Goods Authorization) is valid for a period of 30 days.
Products shipped by our error will be accepted for return with full credit.
Shipping errors must be brought to Service Rentals and Sales attention within 2 days of receipt of shipment.
No RGA's (Return Goods Authorization) will be issued after 2 days from invoice date.
Returned products must be of resale quality or no credit will be provided. Service Rentals and Sales reserves the right to determine the acceptability of all returned goods.
Standard products may be returned at Service Rentals and Sales discretion with up to a 35% restocking fee and freight cost.
